Taj Mahal is in the top 21 list. The final 7 are going to announced on 07-07-07, yes exactly on all sevens.

According to few press sources Taj Mahal needs around 25 to 30 crore votes as of this writing. Here are few of my thoughts how bloggers can help to create more awareness.

  1. Write an article in your blog and explain the voting procedure.
  2. Put a link to http://www.new7wonders.com/index.php in your blog where it gets the user attention immediately.
  3. Include this message ‘SMS TAJ to 4567′ to vote for Taj Mahal in your blog and make sure that this is easily visible in every page of your blog.
  4. A banner showing Taj Mahal image and asking to vote will get immediate attention. You can copy the image I have put on the sidebar, but please don’t directly link to it.
  5. You can link to my experimental campaign website http://votefortaj.org.in/

We as bloggers can really spread the message easily over internet.

Lets hope that we will see Taj Mahal in the new seven wonders list.
